About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, people-focused Associate - People & Culture to support our team with technical hiring and employee experience management. In this role, you’ll drive recruitment for engineering and tech roles, while also addressing employees’ concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end tech recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring issues are addressed promptly, empathetically, and in alignment with company policies • Maintain accurate data in the HRMS and recruitment trackers
Required Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment and HR operations
• Experience working with ATS or HRMS tools
• Experience handling or supporting employee grievance redressal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
